The Leadership Certificate (LC) is an eight-month leadership training experience that will equip you to know who you are in Christ as a leader, discover your personality traits and gifting, learn to steward leadership competencies, and build purposeful teams and organizations.

The Leadership Certificate is a non-accredited program sponsored by the Faith Family Leadership Training Center (LTC). The Certificate advances personal and professional leadership development. The LC is intentionally structured with the expectant learner in mind.

The Leadership Certificate will equip students to:

• Know and be confident in their identity in Christ, their personality traits, gifts, and leadership style.
• Gain the wisdom needed for career advancement and new leadership opportunities.
• Practice lifestyle balance, discipline, and maintenance.
• Become an ambassador for Christ, with the ability to lead others to Jesus and make disciples for the kingdom.

When: Classes are held Tuesdays from 6:00 pm–8:30 pm
Fall 2025 Semester: August 26–December 9
Spring 2026 Semester: January 6–April 21
