Choose your pathway
At Leadership Training Center (LTC) you will receive quality education, hands-on leadership and ministry experience in a Jesus-focused environment.
LTC offers two pathways to choose from. If you are aiming to earn an AA, BA, or MA degree through our partnership with Northwest University, look into our Northwest Partnership Program. Those looking to grow in leadership should check out our eight-month Leadership Certificate. Whichever path you choose, we have the tools to help you on your way to becoming a world-changer and history-maker.
Northwest Partnership Program
Earn your AA, BA, or even a Masters Degree online through Northwest University while gaining hands-on ministry experience through Leadership Training Center.
Leadership Certificate
An eight-month certificate program teaching personal growth and practical skills to prepare students for leadership roles in various areas of life, including ministry and business.
