Our Beliefs

The Bible is God’s Inspired Word

The Scriptures are the authoritative, infallible revelation of God to mankind. Both the Old and New Testaments were written by human authors under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and are the foundation for faith and daily living.

One True God — Revealed in Three Persons

God has always existed as the eternal “I AM”—Creator, Redeemer, and relational being revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

God the Father
God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He is all powerful, all knowing, ever present, unchanging, trustworthy and Holy. He is our Heavenly Father: loving, compassionate and faithful to His people and His promises

Jesus the Son of God
Jesus Christ is the Son of God - fully human and fully God; born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless human life and died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people. Three days later, Jesus rose from the dead to show He had conquered sin and death.

The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit coequal with the Father and the Son of God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. He gives every believer spiritual gifts when they are saved. As Christians we seek to live under His control daily.

The Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ

Jesus is the eternal Son of God. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died for our sins, rose from the dead, and now reigns in heaven.

The Fall of Man

God created humanity good and in His image. However, through Adam’s disobedience, sin entered the world, bringing death and separation from God.

Salvation Through Jesus Alone

Redemption is only possible through Jesus Christ. Salvation comes by grace through faith, not works, and involves repentance, regeneration, and justification by the Holy Spirit.

The Ordinances of the Church

Water Baptism: A public declaration of faith, symbolizing death to sin and new life in Christ.

Holy Communion: A memorial of Christ’s suffering and a celebration of His future return.

Baptism in the Holy Spirit

All believers are entitled to and should expect the baptism in the Holy Spirit, which empowers them for witness, service, and deeper spiritual life.

Baptism in the Holy Spirit

The initial physical evidence of Spirit baptism is speaking in tongues as the Spirit enables. This is distinct from the gift of tongues for the body

Sanctification — Becoming More Like Christ

Sanctification is both a definite act and an ongoing process of separation from sin and dedication to God, empowered by the Holy Spirit.

The Church and Its Mission

The Church is the Body of Christ, called to evangelize the world, worship God, disciple believers, and demonstrate God’s love through compassion and service.

The Ministry

God calls and equips leaders to serve the Church by preaching the gospel, nurturing believers, and ministering with compassion and truth.

Divine Healing

Healing is provided in Christ’s atonement and is a vital part of the gospel. God still heals today in response to faith and prayer.

Our Future Hope

The Blessed Hope: Jesus will return to rapture His Church.         Scriptures: 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Titus 2:13
Millennial Reign: Christ will visibly return to reign for 1,000 years.         Scriptures: Revelation 20:1–6; Zechariah 14:5
Final Judgment: The wicked will be judged and eternally separated.             Scriptures: Revelation 20:11–15; Matthew 25:46
New Heavens and Earth: A new, eternal home for God’s people.                  Scriptures: 2 Peter 3:13; Revelation 21–22

We live to give and love to give. The posture of our heart determines the position of our hand.

We embrace change as a way of life and growth. We will change and lead change.

We equip people to lead and be positive influences through communicating the vision and honoring the vision by carrying it out.
